Directions

I was blessed to spend time with Lauren and Tasha last weekend. I was jotting down the directions for where we had to go, and it dawned on me that these directions were much different from directions Lauren had written down for me over two years ago.

Week 4

I must say, other than Wes and Tanner P., she has some really great guys left!!

Still like:
Kiptyn
Ed
Jake
Mike
Michael (who is precious)
Jesse (Does anyone else think he looks like he belongs in a boy band?)

Still can't stand:
Juan
Dave
Tanner P. (who looks like that actor from Will and Grace)

Week 3

Anyone else out there feel like Jillian has a huge list of requirements for the guy that she wants to be with?

Love:
Jake

Like:
Ed
Robby
Reid
Jesse
Kiptyn

STILL don't like (and haven't from the start):
Juan
Dave
Wes
Tanner P. (seriously, what is she smoking?)

Week 2

Jake is still my fave, but I don't think she's good enough for him. I don't think she'll pick him, either.

Like:
Mike the break dancer
Sasha the Serbian
Jesse
Kiptyn (I think she'll pick him as a finalist.)
Mike the baseball camp owner
Reid (he's cute, I admit)

Black roses to:
Wes the stupid singer with the dumb hair
Brad the annoying from Chicago
Juan the Latin Lover
Bryan the skinny dipper
Tanner P (is it just me or does he look a little feminine?)

FYI

FYI: I've paused it right before the rose ceremony of the season premiere, and let it be known that Jake the pilot and Kiptyn are my faves so far. Just sayin'...

Black roses to:
Tanner P the weirdo foot guy
Juan
Stephen the lawyer
Kyle the graphic designer
Bryan the IT consultant
Greg the "entrepreneur"

Here we go again...

Well, my friends, it's summertime. And you know what that means: The Bachelorette! Now, I know you've all been holding your breath for my wonderful commentary on the show like last summer. No fears my dears. I'm catching up on my computer and will be at your service before long. This year, I promise brevity. Well, maybe promise is too strong a word.

Anyway, one thing I realized I like about The Bachelorette over The Bachelor is the issue of pursuing. In The Bachelorette, all the guys are doing whatever they can to pursue her. In The Bachelor, all the girls are doing the pursuing. That's just backwards in my old traditional style. (Ha! Yes, I realize the irony. "Old traditional style" paired with reality dating show. Oh, just humor me for Pete's sake. I can dream, right?)

So long for now. I'll try not to keep you waiting too much longer...

Motif of Moths (Try saying that ten times fast)

The other day my mom pointed out that I have a motif of moths on my blog. I didn't realize it until she pointed it out. But, it's true!
